Sourced from the highlands of San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru Roxy Cordova is a beautifully crafted single origin coffee that highlights the dedication and collaboration of Peru’s smallholder coffee community. Produced and coordinated by Roxeny Imar Amari Cordova, this coffee represents both exceptional farming practices and a commitment to helping local producers gain greater access to global markets.

Grown at elevations between 1,700 and 1,800 metres, this coffee is composed of Typica and Caturra varietals. Using an extended fermentation washed process, the cherries are carefully selected, rested, fermented under controlled conditions, and slowly dried to enhance sweetness, clarity, and complexity.

The result is a vibrant and expressive cup featuring notes of apricot, passion fruit, and elderflower. Bright fruit character is balanced by structured sweetness and a clean finish, creating a layered coffee experience with remarkable depth and elegance.
