Product description
This Hafi lot comes from Muyinga Province in northeastern Burundi, where Bourbon coffee is cultivated across remote, high elevation hillsides. The Hafi processing station brings cherry collection closer to approximately 2,000 smallholder farmers, allowing freshly harvested fruit to reach processing more quickly. Naturally processed at 1,715 metres above sea level, the coffee develops concentrated fruit sweetness and a smooth, rounded body. Roasted medium-light for filter brewing, the cup offers expressive notes of strawberry, honey and dried cherry, supported by lively acidity and a delicate floral finish.
