Initially, the company imported household items such as tin cups, plastic tablecloths, and straw mats from the Far East, selling them in local Italian markets Seletti Concept Store. In 1987, Romano's son, Stefano Seletti, joined the family business and began steering the company toward a more innovative and artistic direction Seletti Concept Store.
